Return Reasons Explained

We understand that everything doesn’t always work out according to plan and returns happen.  We want to make the process easy for you to help you get back on the road fast!  Please see our reasons for a return section below and reach out to us with any questions or concerns.

No Longer Needed:

Sometimes you buy something and realize later that you no longer need the item. That’s not a problem, give us a call we’d be happy to help!

Incorrect Product:

If you receive the incorrect product or your fitment was guaranteed and the item just doesn't fit, give us a call right away.  We will be happy to help get it swapped out for you.

Defective Product:

We pride ourselves in our partnerships with leading brands throughout the industry.  If you receive a defective product, call us and we'll get things straightened out for you.

Damaged Product:

On the rare occasion that you receive an item that is damaged or missing parts due to transit, please contact us right away.  We are happy to file a claim for you and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Lost Package:

If your tracking information says delivered, but you haven't received your package yet, don't panic.  Let us know and we can help!  We will work with the carrier to get to the bottom of it and get you taken care of.

Non-Returnable Items:

Products that shipped via LTL freight, typically oversized and heavy items
Some products, including, but not limited to, custom patterned and custom painted items, opened electrical items, performance programmers, audio head units, are not returnable
Products with a broken/tamper seal
Products that have been installed on your vehicle
Products that have been modified (drilled or altered in any way)


PLEASE NOTE: Any/all refunds approved more than 90 days after the date of order will be refunded back to a gift card.
